Swim/Gym for Kids!
- Part swim, part gym for school aged children under 12! Learn basic movement patterns, sport skills and fitness in the gym. Then learn foundations of swimming and pool safety through fun and games in the pool. (Free Pilot Project)

Intro to Weightlifting (for Teens)- Primarily based on strength training supplemented with discussions about nutrition and any other topics of interest regarding healthy living. (FREE PILOT PROJECT)

Multi Sport - Program consisting of 5 different sports/activities for 4 weeks of instruction each. Remaining sports are Ringette, Tennis, Rugby and Football. ($50/child)
